The annual general meeting is to be held on Sunday 9 September starting at 9.30am. Business will include the annual report, presentation and adoption of financial statements to year ended 30 June 2012, appointment of auditor, elections for treasurer and secretary.  Expressions of interest are also invited for positions on executive committees.
