I, Myra Tipa, am calling a meeting of owners of block 16 Moeraki Reserve to be held at Moeraki Marae on Saturday 31 January at 2pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to ask the trustees to give us a rundown of the said block to inform the owners of the blocks current status, and also to review the trustees and replace them if necessary. I do this because I have never had any information of this kind since I became an owner 40-plus-years -ago.
