Ōnuku Marae will be hosting Waitangi Day in 2013. True to Ōnuku, a spirited debate will be held following our pōwhiri ceremony. Christchurch Mayor, Bob Parker will also be involved on the day. A family-focused afternoon of fun and entertainment is planned. Remember your sunscreen, guitars and Aunty Bernice Tainui’s song book. Please contact the office if you wish to obtain a song-book prior to the day.
